• Children of all ages are welcome.  We also welcome Dogs.
  • Should you require a cot or high chair for baby these can be hired but you must supply your own cot bedding and linen. 
  • Dogs can be accepted for an additional fee of £15 per week per well behaved and fully house trained pet.
• Exterior utility room being re-furbished in 2008 with an added dog shower facility.

• Short lets for long weekends or mid week breaks available during quieter months.

HOW TO BOOK

• The Availability guide is updated at least weekly but to check and confirm availability and make a provisional reservation you can either telephone us, email, fax or post your requirements.  Please remember that the likelihood of the property already being booked increases as the season progresses.  Please be prepared to make an alternative date selection if you are able to.
• Whilst we send the reservation booking form and a full copy of our terms & conditions, we keep a provisional reservation on our files for a period of one week to enable you to confirm your details and send the relevant payment applicable to your booking.  This is normally only a non-refundable reservation deposit of £150 per week unless your holiday is less than 6 weeks away or just a short break.

CONFIRMED RESERVATION

• Upon receipt of your signed reservation form and initial payment we will confirm in writing that your reservation has been accepted and you will then have a binding contract with us.  We will confirm the breakdown costs of your holiday, show the payment received and by what date the balance payment must be received by together with your security deposit against damages and breakages. 
• At this time you will also be sent the Guest Registration forms applicable to your booking as it is now a legal requirement that we keep these on all members of your parrty aged 16 or over and any members of your party that are not of British nationality.

PREPARING FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

After receipt of both your Guest Registration forms and full payment you will be sent a receipt together with full details of how to locate the property and obtain keys.  We will also send you the contact telephone number of the property for anyone you need to leave this with as well as any other detail applicable to your reservation.
