Our Visitors enjoy greater flexibility when booking as we offer both Short Breaks as well
as Full Week lets and from either of our changeover days which are Tuesdays & Saturdays.
Short Breaks can be booked as:
- 3nt stays commencing on a Saturday and ending
on Tuesday or as,
- 4nt
stays commencing on a Tuesday and ending on a Saturday.
Full
Week stays can be booked from either of our changeover days.
- For a growing amount of Visitors who don't find a week is long enough we offer a reduction of
£25 off the extended period tariff.
Tariffs: Brackenwood
sleeps up to 4
- Tariffs shown are inclusive of linens and utilities.
- We offer a reduction on bookings made a minimum of 12 weeks in advance.
Additional Infant / Young Child: A small
charge for an additional infant / young child of £30 per week or short break is payable and includes a cot (but no linens)
or folding bed and highchair, if required.
Pets:
Incurr a small supplementary charge of £20 each per week or short break.
Security Deposit: All bookings have a security deposit against breakages and
damage which is payable at a rate of:

£100 for stays up to one week
- £150
for longer stays.
- Your security deposit
will become due for refund one week after the departure date.
We
welcome enquiries from Visitors with special needs but advise you to check with us before making a booking so that we
can discuss your specific requirements.

Whilst
it is not a condition of booking, we do advise you to take out suitable holiday & travel insurance ensuring that your
policy covers cancellation as once booked you are liable for the total cost of your booking.
